Proximadomains helps people explore baby names by similarity, spelling, and popularity. Some authenticated admin accounts can also access a separate domain-name dataset. The service is offered for information and exploration, not as legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice.

2. Eligibility And Accounts

To create or use an account, you must be legally able to agree to these terms. Proximadomains is a general-audience service. It is not directed to children under 13, and children under 13 may not create an account or provide personal information through the service.

If you sign in with Google, you authorize us to use the basic account information needed to create and maintain your account. You are responsible for keeping access to your Google account secure and for using accurate, current information.

3. Acceptable Use

You may use the service only in lawful ways. You may not:

• try to break, probe, overload, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service or its security;
• use the service to violate someone else's rights or applicable law;

We may change, improve, limit, or remove features at any time. We may also grant, limit, or revoke admin-only features such as the domain dataset or analytics access. We do not promise that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, or error free.

The service may display advertisements, sponsored links, or monetization widgets served by third-party advertising partners. Those ads may be selected, measured, or frequency-capped by the partner using contextual information, device information, cookies, or similar technologies subject to that partner's practices.

If you click an advertisement, sponsored link, or other third-party destination, you may leave Proximadomains. We do not control third-party sites, products, or services, and we are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices.

7. Data Accuracy And Discovery Results

Name popularity, similarity groupings, spelling alternatives, and search results are generated from stored datasets and vector-based ranking methods. They may be incomplete, approximate, or affected by source-data quality, ranking choices, or software changes. You should not rely on the service as a guaranteed or exhaustive source of every possible name variation.

8. Intellectual Property

The software, design, text, and original content of the service remain owned by Proximadomains or its licensors. Data sourced from third parties remains subject to the rights and terms attached to those sources. These terms give you a limited right to use the service, not ownership of it.
